Stress Management

How stressed are you? Try one of these assessments to find out. Then, we will look at some techniques to deal with stress. 

If you are experiencing stress on a regular basis, try the techniques described below. Discover what works for you: is it exercising, being out in nature, watching a favorite comedian, coloring, or some other activity? Try out a few different techniques and see how you feel!
