In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Bay State Library has compiled some resources to help you find support and learn more about mental health conditions.

Get Help:

  • As a Bay State student, you can receive short-term counseling and help to find additional support through the school counselor, Megan Delano. Find out more on Bay State's Counseling, Health, and Wellness page.
  • You can find crisis lines and resources to find therapists in Massachusetts on the Mental Health & Suicide Prevention page of the library's Help Yourself Guide.
